Make for a Better Nights’ Sleep – Make your Bed

Isn’t it a great feeling to crawl into bed after you have changed the sheets on your bed, and carefully tuck all blankets and bed coverings.  Not only the feel of clean sheets, but having order in your bed. 

I know it is for me   And I have found a way to extend that feeling until I change the sheets again.    Make the bed each and every day.   When making the bed it allows you to adjust all of the bed coverings, plus smooth out the sheets and refluff the bed pillows.  This 5 minute project brings a sense of peace when I go to bed.  The bed is not in chaos, nor do I fight with the bedding at night to get comfortable.   Leading to a more restful nights’ sleep.
